This course is truly the solution to my difficulties in content planning, providing a specific process from research and ideation to measuring effectiveness.
First, I learned about the most important foundation: Research.
This truly transformed my way of thinking. I learned that to not get lost in the world of content, the most important compass is research. Before typing a single word, I have to answer three core questions: What makes my brand unique and different? Who am I writing for, what kind of people are they, and what do they care about? And after reading, what specific thoughts, feelings, or actions do I want them to have?
After having a solid foundation, I entered the Think and Choose module
Once I had a lot of information from the research phase, I learned how to filter and condense it to find a single core message. This is the "soul" of the entire campaign, the big idea that will run through every post, every image. Along with that, I learned how to build a system of guiding keywords, both to ensure we don't stray off course and to optimize for search engines.
Next is the Brain Storm stage
Once a clear direction is established, this is the stage to express one's creativity. I learned a highly effective method: using "7 creative lenses" to generate ideas. Instead of just looking at a problem from one side, I learned to turn it over and over, viewing it through 7 different lenses. As a result, I never fear running out of ideas, but always have an abundant, diverse source of topics that avoids clichés.
Once I have an idea, I learn how to Screen
I have a pool of ideas, now it's time to filter through each one. I learned how to categorize and filter content based on strategic objectives. This categorization helps me choose topics that are not only aligned with the core message, but also most effective in each phase of the campaign.
